BrindleWood is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchase, for any reason.

Coins

Coins have no cash value. They cannot be refunded, transferred, traded for money or cashed out.

Server closure & new servers

If the server closes, purchases are not refunded. If we open a different server in the future, purchases do not transfer to it.

Seasons & resets

When we reset for a new season, previously purchased items are not given back. Please make the most of them while they last.

Lost items

Items are delivered once. We cannot replace items lost to bugs, griefing, trading or rule-breaking.

Delivery

Items are delivered in-game to the username you enter at checkout, so double-check the spelling. If you are offline, items wait for you for up to 30 days. If something does not arrive, ask in our Discord and we will help.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in a ban.

Changes

Prices, items and features can change at any time.

Fair play

Nothing in this store gives a gameplay advantage, except the Spawner Core and the premium races.
